Three terms.  Twelve years of this elitist asshole.  Hmmmm, reminds me of another megalomaniacal dictator who also ruled for about twelve years..... I can't recall his name, but he was Austrian, loved to paint, and like Bloomberg, though he would rule for "ein tausand Jahren".
